Perdeberg Wines

Established in 1941, Perdeberg Wines is situated in the third oldest town in South Africa, being Paarl. Perdeberg uses small berried, intensely flavoured grapes from low yielding dry land bush vines on rich, diverse soils across a number of microclimates to create premium wines of excellence and difference.

The Dry Land Collection Range is testimony to this. Together with the age old traditions of Dry Land viticulture, Perdeberg’s Dry Land Collection wines are a fine display of the ability of bush vines. Grapes grown under dry land conditions create intensely flavoured and succulent wines, as these stressful conditions result in smaller berries with a lower skin to juice ratio, producing high quality wines. Perdeberg is also home to other brands, but its core brands are the Dry Land Collection, Vineyard Collection and Classic Range- each with its distinct appeal. Other brands are The Plougman and Bottelary.
